Material 2.4610 (Alloy C-4, UNS N06455) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with titanium, notable for its excellent corrosion resistance, especially in aggressive, hot, and chloride-containing media, with Nickel as the balance, key elements being Chromium (14-18%), Molybdenum (14-17%), and low Carbon/Silicon. 
Here's a typical chemical composition:

• Nickel (Ni): Balance (approx. 58-72%)
• Chromium (Cr): 14.0 – 18.0%
• Molybdenum (Mo): 14.0 – 17.0%
• Iron (Fe): ≤ 3.0%
• Cobalt (Co): ≤ 2.0%
• Manganese (Mn): ≤ 1.0%
• Titanium (Ti): ≤ 0.70% (or slightly higher in some specs)
• Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.08%
• Carbon (C): ≤ 0.015%
• Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.025%
• Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.015% 

Key Characteristics:

• It's a tungsten-free version of older C-type alloys, offering good thermal stability and weldability.
• Resists stress corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to high temperatures (around 1040°C).
• Used in chemical processing, especially for hot mineral acids, acetic anhydride, and seawater.
